Celebrating LGBT+ Pride in Barking and Dagenham

June saw the return of Pride Month in Barking and Dagenham and we once again took part in Pride in London on 2 July – 50 years after the first LGBTQ+ parade took place in the capital. We raised the rainbow flag at a special ceremony outside Barking Town Hall to mark international Pride Month and we’ll be flying the flag for the rest of the month.
