Flags at half-mast for Westminster terror attack | OBLive

In light of the attack in Westminster on 22 March, Barking and Dagenham Council flew all our flags at half mast and took a minute’s silence at 09.33am on Thursday 23 March, to coincide with the start of the Parliamentary day.
