Barking and Dagenham’s Gender Equality Hackathon is a two-day event taking place from 3 to 4 February, aiming to develop new tools and innovations to help solve some of our biggest gender equality challenges.

The two main challenges that teams will be asked to focus on are safety and inequalities in employment and pay. So whether you live in the borough, are a techspert or have a passion for gender equality, register to come along to Barking and Dagenham’s first Gender Equality Hackathon and help us to tackle our borough’s gender inequality issues.
